Happy! Happy! Happy!

HAPPILY watched the Biggest Loser tonight---confession I got all teary eyed for like the 4th week in a row. haha This is the first season I have watched the whole thing. I usually just tune in for the finale, but I actually am off school by 7 on Tuesdays and Andrew isn't home yet, so it's been my little weekly thing and I've loved it!! I can't wait for the finale. I don't want to say who I want to win, because it might jinks it.

HAPPY that school is out for a few days. Have tons of homework, but I'm gonna just pretend I don't, at least for the first couple days of the break.
And lastly, so HAPPY that we have a new nephew. Since Mindy doesn't have a blog I'll go ahead and brag for her. We went and saw little Zander in the hospital (side note--I hate the new 2 persons only rule at the hospital). You forget how tiny newborn babies are. Lindsay's baby is only 6 months and I've already forgotten how tiny they are when they are first born.

Zander is super cute and we're so happy for Mindy and Brian!!

Zander Mark Peterson

proud parents

happy, happy, happy grandparents!!!
Zander makes for 20 grandkids now-- Whoa that's quite a family tree.
Congrats Mindy and Brian!!

Nu Skin Chaos

Last month was Nu Skin’s convention. Convention is when almost all of the distributors fly in from around the world, get to learn about all of Nu Skin’s new products, attend fun concerts, lectures, award ceremonies etc. It’s the biggest thing Nu Skin does all year. It’s basically taking the flyins that I work at every month and multiplying that buy like 100.

There is good and bad to this story—good is that the convention was in Los Angeles this year and bad news is that many of the distributers came to Utah on their way to LA.

So for Andrew, he has TONS of printing jobs that stretched on throughout the entire month because things were constantly being shipped to California. He was working lots of overtime and way stressful days. For me, well I had to take adays off of work at the title company to work at the store full time—well to be honest, those 3 days were anywhere from 13-17 hour days each!!!!! Soooooo busy, soooo stresssssful, HUGE language barrier!!!

If you don’t believe me, watch this. This is not my store, it the store that was set up in LA, however; this is exactly what my store was like. Now watch this video for 17 hours straight, three days in a row, standing on your feet, helping all these people with a smile on your face, and keep in mind that in my store we have 100+ kinds of products—so there was even more to fight over. ***Last shocker for today---those kits they are buying in LA---are the new ageloc face systems (premium kit) and they cost $700 each!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Andrew's Anthem

So a month or so ago while we were driving to the BYU football game, this song came on the radio. This song has been out for a long time and I've heard it a thousand times, but today was the day I made the mistake of telling Andrew that this song is HIS anthem and that EVERYthing is SOOO true about him. (((Seriously, listen to it and think of Andrew---you'll find 1000 similarities.)))

According to him, I couldn't have given him a better compliment!! He LOVES the song now because he thinks he wrote it or something. And the worst part is, he thinks since this is HIS song that he HAS to ALWAYS follow it. Example---the other day his hands were SOOOOO dry that his knuckles were cracked and bleeding and I was basically begging him to put some lotion on them---but he told me "Then I can't grip my tackle box. I'm not feminized" Oh brother!!
