Summer Time

We are loving summer time!!

We just got back from camping at Strawberry

{no pictures from that}

Last week we walked the Bridal Veil Falls trail

and here are a few shots from that

Vacation Time!!

We went to Palm Springs and it was

HOT HOT HOT!

(like 110 degrees hot)

We did lots of swimming

to relieve us {a bit} from the heat.

We also went on a few other adventures...

but this is one time we did eat out.

Finally Feels Like Summer

We've been so busy with school and work this summer that I feel like we've been missing out on summer fun.  But last weekend we went to Jackson Hole and went river running on the Snake.  Last night we had FHE with my family and Kelsie's family at my parents' house.  We had a bbq and a good old fashioned water fight.  Now it's finally starting to feel like summer.

Summer of Surgeries

Ouch! Andrew and I decided since we have neither had surgery, now would be an excellent time to both try it out. In April, Andrew had surgery to repair a completely torn ACL, a lateral menicus tear, and microfractures. He has been in physical theropy ever since, but he is doing very well. The PT calls him the "Golden Patient." I followed it up in July with a much less serious gall bladder removal.
